Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Abstract submissions are now open for oral paper presentation and e-poster presentation, and we welcome original, innovative, and evidence-based work aligned with the conference theme. We look forward to your valuable participation in advancing meaningful dialogue and knowledge exchange.
• Abstracts should be submitted to the most appropriate track. This assists with programme planning, track choice does not affect selection.

General Instructions

• Abstracts must be submitted online through the conference submission portal only: telemedicon.in/abstract
• Each participant may submit only one abstract as the presenting author.
• All abstracts must be in English.
• Submission implies intent to attend the conference and present your paper if accepted.
• All presenters are required to register for Telemedicon 2025.
• Oral Paper presentations have two categories: Research and Practice.
• Online submission is open from 22^nd July to 31^st August 2025 (23:59 IST).
• Abstracts are editable until 31^st August 2025. No changes are accepted after final submission.
• Provide a valid e-mail address at registration, further correspondence will use that e-mail.
• The corresponding author will receive an acknowledgement e-mail. If you don’t see it, check spam, then write to us at [email protected] or call on +91 96867 28475
• Organisers are not responsible for failed or delayed communication due to incorrect e-mails.
• Each abstract must appear under no more than two relevant tracks. Resubmissions are not allowed.
• Submitting multiple abstracts on the same study, by altering titles or wording, is strongly discouraged and may lead to automatic rejection.
• Abstracts submitted by e-mail or as attachments will not be considered.
• First-time users must create an account to submit an abstract.
• Authors may reset a forgotten password.
• Only submit if you plan to present, should your abstract be accepted.

It is the authors’ responsibility to save a copy of their submitted abstract. The Conference Secretariat will not share submitted copies.

Structure of Abstract – Oral Papers and E-Posters

Telemedicine or Digital Health Research

This category is for reporting original research and operational research in the field of Telemedicine and Digital Health.

• Title: Bold, clear, concise (max 20 words).
• Background: Brief context or rationale.
• Objectives: Study question/hypothesis or challenge addressed.
• Methods: Design, setting, outcomes, procedures, analysis, statistics.
• Results: Key findings (may be preliminary).
• Conclusion: Implications, recommendations, and how objectives were met.
• References
• Keywords: 3–5 (not in title).
• Format: 250–300 words; Times New Roman 12 pt; 1.5 line spacing; submit as PDF.

Telemedicine or Digital Health Practice

This category covers experiences in overcoming policy or programme barriers and demonstrating best practices.

• Title: Bold, clear, concise (max 20 words).
• Authors: Full names, affiliations, underline presenting author’s email.
• Background: Context and challenges faced.
• Intervention or Response: Objectives, methods, activities, implementation, analysis techniques.
• Results and Impact: Outcomes, what worked/didn’t, evidence, and applications.
• Conclusion: Practice implications, recommendations, and future opportunities.
• Keywords: 3–5 (not in title).
• Format: 250–300 words; Times New Roman 12 pt; 1.5 line spacing; submit as PDF.

Review Process

• All abstracts undergo peer review by the scientific committee.
• Each abstract is scored by at least three experts in the relevant track.
• Final decisions are made by the Conference Scientific Committee based on originality, relevance, innovation, significance, clarity, methodology, results, and merit.

Presentation Format

• Accepted abstracts will be selected for oral or poster presentation.
• Presenters will receive detailed guidelines upon acceptance.

Ethical Considerations

• Research involving human subjects must indicate ethical approval was obtained.
• Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed.

Notification

• Corresponding authors will be notified of their abstract’s status.
• Once allocated to a session, date, time, and format cannot be changed.
• A co-author may present on your behalf if you’re unavailable, but must register.
• Rejected abstracts cannot be reconsidered.

Publication

• All accepted/presented abstracts will be included in the Telemedicon 2025 Abstract Book.
• The Abstract Book will be available online for download after the conference.
